Galloway Antique Fairs @ Scone Palace
Mar 1 @ 11:41 am – Mar 3 @ 12:41 pm

Galloway Antiques Fairs have been organising quality antiques and fine art fairs for 24 years. We pride ourselves in our choice of venues, some of the finest stately homes in the country. From Scone Palace in Perth as far South as Cowdray House in West Sussex.  We have a great bunch of nationally known dealers exhibiting  a wide range of items to include town and country furniture, silver, jewellery, paintings, sculpture, glass, porcelain, antiquarian  books and prints, angling antiques, oriental rugs, mirrors, clocks, lighting and many decorative items for your home. Our fairs have a dateline restriction of 1970 with the exception of fine art and sculpture where no dateline applies.   All items are vetted for quality and ‘reproductions’ are strictly forbidden.

We hope that you enjoy browsing through our website and look forward to seeing you in person at some of our events throughout the year when you can be assured of a warm and friendly welcome.

Scone Palace is the ancestral home of The Earl and Countess of Mansfield and is built on the site of the former Bishop’s Palace. 1500 years ago it was the capital of the Pictish kingdom and the centre of the ancient Celtic Church. In 838 A.D Kenneth MacAlpine united Scotland by placing The Stone Of Scone upon Moot Hill which became the crowning place of kings, including Macbeth, Robert The Bruce and Charles II. The present palace was rebuilt following a fire in 1559. The palace houses a fabulous collection of French furniture, clocks, 16th century needlework, ivories and one of the finest collections of porcelain in the country. The antiques fair will be held in the State Dining Room, Drawing Room, Library, Long gallery and Annex rooms.

Come along to Errol Sunday Market! We offer a real shopping experience and a great family day out . With the added bonus of free public parking for up to 2000 cars, we regularly have 10,000 punters looking to buy and sell! Situated on the old WWII RAF Errol Airfield just east of the village of Errol, the market is open on a Sunday to the public from 8 am to 3 pm, 50 weeks of the year.
Whilst town centres are losing their buzz and shops are closing up due to high rates, Errol Sunday Market offers a fantastic shopping environment, with all the hustle and bustle of a traditional market, mixed with the quality and convenience of an out of town retail centre. Where else can you get your grocery shopping for the week, order your new garden furniture, buy a few unique wedding and birthday presents and go for a spin on a carousel?! Children can take a ride through the market on this ornate, traditional funfair attraction, taking in all the sights as they whizz round and have fun. Adults might enjoy it too.
And what’s more we provide an undercover shopping experience, keeping you warm and dry during the cold Scottish winters!
All year round, Errol Sunday Market in conjunction with its sister division Errol Showground, hosts popular events for all the family. These events include our prestigious Classic Auction, popular Toy Fair, regular dog-shows, circuses, stunt shows and lots more! Don’t miss out on these fantastic events!
Errol Sunday Market is of course a famous fantasy land for all the bargain hunters in Scotland and UK!!
Saunter around more than 50 stalls located at the top square, Hall 1, Hall 2, outside cabins and Indoor Market Hall for all the second hand treasures and pre-loved goodies.
To mention a few: Ewan Cameron at All Sorts and Oddities (Hall 1), Karen Mallaburn at Dolls 4 all (Cabin 22), Mr Rosie with second hand bikes and tools (Hall 1 and 2), Lindsay McCartney with pre-loved toys (Hall 1),
Fiona Munro at Fiona’s Fines (G25), Steven Bell with pre-owned tools (Hall 2) and many more. Prepare for the rummage of all bargain rummages!
We, at Errol Sunday Market, love our canine friends and welcome them to the market. We only ask that dog owners who choose to bring their pets for a Sunday stroll act responsibly.

Errol Sunday Market and Car Boot Sale @ Errol Sunday Market and Car Boot Sale
