Thank you to Laurent Vernet Head of Marketing for Quality Meat Scotland, for hosting today’s Street Food Festival in Glasgow.
The food on offer was delicious, four very different lamb dishes, and such generous portions!
We enjoyed the food demonstrations with Jaqueline O’Donnell, my favourite was the lamb sausages with pistachio and herb coating mmmm.
The butchery demonstrations were also very interesting, we were buy ambien shown how to debone a leg of lamb, and were encouraged to have a go. Lots of very useful tips too!
I have come away with lots of ideas for lamb dishes, after all there is nothing better than Scottish home grown meat!
