INDONESIAN FRIED RICE
This is the famous Indonesian Nasi Goren – a truly delectable one-meal rice dish that is made simply in a wok. Unlike the Chinese version of fried rice, it includes a combination of meat and prawns. 2 eggs, beaten

At least two hours in advance or even the night before, cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet. Allow it ot cool thoroughly and then put it In the refrigerator.
